Event Title

The string you type in here will be displayed as the first bolded line you see in the image above. We recommend titles fewer than 45 characters.

Event Description

The string you type in here will be displayed in the event details page. Add all relevant information about your event here. NOTE: you are limited to 450 characters in this field.

Start/End Date and Time

This is the start and end date/time of your event. The end date and time will be used by our system to programmatically determine when to stop showing your event. It is also used by devices when they add your event to their calendars. Please also set the time zone below.

Timezone

Please select the timezone for your event. If your timezone is not listed, then please map your event's start and end time to the closest timezone available, such as UTC time.

Starts

The string you type in here will be displayed as the third line you see in the image above. It is a good idea to include both the start date and the start time so people will know when it begins. You are limited to 25 characters for this field.

Ends

The string you type in here will be displayed in the event details page as a string that shows when the event ends. Use a string with a time, such as "10pm", or say something like "Ongoing" or "Until close".

City

The string you type in here will be displayed as the second line you see in the image above. We recommend listing city and state if you are in a smaller town. You are limited to 25 characters for this field.

Address

The string you type in here will be used to geo-locate your event based on a latitude and longitude. It must be understood by Google Maps. Finally, when a user clicks on the city name you provide, it will launch Google Maps at the latitude and longitude represented by this address. You must include a complete street, city, zip or postal code, and country.

Event Website

Please provide the website of your event. It will be displayed as you see above.

Ticket Purchase Website

If your event has tickets that can be purchased via a mobile device, please provide a URL. Leave this field blank otherwise.

Thumbnail

This is the thumbnail image that will be shown next to your event in the main event listing. It is represented by the "SR" image above. Thumbnails should be less than 8KB in size, 150px wide by 150px tall, and in the JPEG format.

Image

This is the main image that will be shown in the details page. It is represented by the "Springfield Rugby" image above. Images should be less than 75KB in size, 640px wide by 300px tall, and in the JPEG format.

Please complete ALL fields below. A SCRUFF representative must approve all events prior to inclusion in the calendar. All content and images submitted to SCRUFF via this page are subject to the User Content terms and conditions outlined in the SCRUFF Terms of Service.
SCRUFF is international! Feel free to post your event in the native language of your country, provided you have a short English description at the end of the Event Description field. SCRUFF is the most global gay social network in the world, and is localized into Japanese, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Chinese and French, with more languages on the way.
Disclaimer: SCRUFF will make a commercially reasonable effort to attempt to post and display events as per the schedule provided. If SCRUFF is temporarily technically inoperable, including but not limited to force majeure events, SCRUFF will make a commercially reasonable effort to display events when the service is restored.
